Gather with us on each of the eight nights for fun and festive candle lighting – Lab/Shul style. Inspired by the Shmita year of release we’re not going for any new gimmicks – we invited some of our favorite friends and family to celebrate each night with some sizzling surprises.

Join Rabbi Amichai for lighting the second night and exploring the hidden history of what the Menorah is all about and why it matters to this moment. Register for the night’s Secret Seven Course to learn about the Menorah all night, or hop on for the lighting from 7:00-7:30 PM.

This #GivingTuesday, Lab/Shul is flipping the script: We give and YOU get! Gift economies build community, so tonight’s candle lighting will feature four gifts of artistic generosity from the Lab/Shul team and special guests.

Live from New York, it’s Saturday Night Hanukkah Live – celebrating all the ways we become! Join Rabbi Amichai with community partners of all ages who are coming of age through our rites of passage journeys. We’ll end Shabbat with the fires of Havdalah, then light up the seventh night in our Menorahs and turn on the stove to exchange latke recipes, as the candles burn, the oil sizzles and life lived on!
