Back by popular demand, and just in time for the new Jewish Year, Lab/Shul’s SHIVITI SoulSpa is your invitation to gather online, once a week, for pause and presence, music, movement, and meditation.

Join the Lab/Shul ritual team as we prepare together for the High Holy Days of Awe. Inspired by the traditional afternoon Mincha prayer, SHIVITI SoulSpa offers 30 minutes of rest mid-workday, communal connection and an opportunity for mourners to recite the Kaddish prayer.

Elul is the month leading into the fall, and across the threshold of time – a time to reflect, recommit to what matters most, and reconnect to what nourishes our bodies and souls, together. SHIVITI SoulSpa begins on the first Wednesday of Elul and continues on Wednesdays and Thursdays through September 28th.
