Lab/Shul’s new monthly circle of conversation, contemplation and the recitation of the mourners’ prayer.
Led by Amichai Lau-Lavie, this circle invites all who are currently within the a year of mourning; those observing a death date of a loved one during this month; and all who stand in solidarity and sympathy with friends, family, community.
We’ll be meeting in private homes, exploring poetry and prose, tools and traditions, addressing the meaning of mourning and the paths to healing.
