Between pain and pride, holding sorrow and solidarity, we gather to rise from despair to repair,  towards justice, joy, and peace for all who dwell on the land. Rabbi Amichai Lau-Lavie, along with Brooklyn rabbis and Israeli representatives of Rabbis for Human Rights invite the community to mark the tender transition from commemoration to celebration, as Israel turns 77 during these difficult days.
