B.Y.O. Picnic with Lab/Shul for SHABasics in the Park! Musical jam, fresh challah, urban serenity and Sabbath candle light, a chance to let the week go, together.

Join us for our monthly ritual Sabbath circle of live musical liturgy, poetic and contemplative offerings along with great conversation. Led by the Lab/Shul Ritual Team and beloved collaborators, artists, teachers, healers, and musicians, our season of 2024-25 / 5785 Sabbath Queens will take place in person in the West Village and in Carroll Gardens Brooklyn, as well as online.

Join Rabbi Amichai & our Ritual Team for 30 min. special SHABasics ritual online, gathering around our virtual family table to light, sip, bless, connect and lean into Sabbath, body, mind and soul, together.  Bring your own candles, beverage and bread. Join us online. 

Lab/Shul is thrilled to invite our Partners to a special screening of the *Sabbath Queen* documentary at the IFC Theater on November 24th at 4:20 PM. Thanks to a generous donor, tickets for this screening will be offered to Lab/Shul Partners at 50% off the regular ticket price. Following the screening, join us for a Talk Back with Rabbi Amichai, filmmaker and Lab/Shul Partner Sandi DuBowski, and special guest, Emmy Award-winning actor Kyra Sedgwick.
