All ages and all faiths are invited to join Lab/Shul, Judson Memorial Church, and our faith partners to mark 9/11 and start the new Jewish year with rituals of release and remembrance in sacred solidarity.
This communal moment of “letting go” and “taking back up” will adapt the Jewish new year ritual of Tashlich, during which participants release the past into a body of living water, adding new songs, stories, and forward-looking intentions from all traditions.
We will gather at Judson Memorial Church and then march with mindfulness to the Hudson River at Hudson River Park’s Pier 45 for a sunset ceremony.
To reserve your seat for any of Lab/Shul’s High Holy Days visit www.labshulhighholy.org.
