Back by popular demand, and just in time for the new Jewish Year, Lab/Shul’s Elul SoulSpa is your invitation to gather online, twice a week, for pause and presence, music, movement, and meditation.

Return, again, to the land of your soul.

Join Rabbi Amichai and the ritual team as we prepare together for the High Holy Days of Awe, and continue our response to the ongoing pandemic by supporting each other and healing our lives. Inspired by the traditional afternoon Mincha prayer, Elul SoulSpa offers 30 minutes of rest mid-workday, communal connection and an opportunity for mourners to recite the Kaddish prayer.

Elul is the month leading into the fall, and across the threshold of time – a time to reflect, recommit to what matters most, and reconnect to what nourishes our bodies and souls, together. Elul SoulSpa begins on the first day of Elul and continues on Mondays and Thursdays through Yom Kippur.
