FamilyLab: Beloved Blintz (with D.I.Y. Farmer’s Cheese!)

Welcome to FamilyLab: An everybody friendly home-based gathering for families with young children ages 0-8 (siblings welcome), centered around the family table and hosted in your homes. Art, sing along, stories, and animated interactive learning to guide us through the Jewish seasons.

Shavuot is a holiday of story and song, ice cream and cheese, spring harvest, and even a mystery rainbow.  Beloved Garden joins FamilyLab to wrap and roll homemade blintzes with freshly made farmer’s cheese for dessert, delicious! Rabbi Sara Luria of Beloved Brooklyn and Shira Kline, a.k.a. ShirLaLa leads this meet-up through story, music, art and great conversation.

With Lab/Shul’s unique God-optional approach to tradition, text, and story, FamilyLab is open to those who identify as Jewish, Jew-ish, and everything in between.  Whether you’re a blintz fanatic or it’ll be your first time rolling one up, all families are welcome!
