Wrestling With Transitions: SoulSpa & GENERATE Cohort 3 Culminating Ritual

Please join the Lab/Shul community for a festive SoulSpa ritual, marking a meaningful milestone, as our 3rd cohort of GENerate celebrates the culmination of the journey with a co-created Storahtelling performance, bringing to life an extraordinary tale from the Torah.

Led by Rabbi Amichai, Shira Kline, Ben Freeman, and co-led by the GENerate group and team, this SoulSpa will include meditation and music, personal reflections and discussions, followed by Havdalah, festive food and drink to mark the conclusion of Shabbat.

The GENerate 3 cohort has traveled together this past year, exploring life’s meanings and milestones, mindful aging, wise eldering, and creative wrestling with ancient legacies and new challenges.
