Series Focus
Whether you are interested in resilience-building & wellbeing, stress-reduction, supporting your activism with groundedness & patience, learning mindfulness, addressing a spiritual calling, exploring interconnectedness or the universal subtle human consciousness, this series will offer time to sit down, slow down, turn inwards, familiarize with basic meditation techniques and hone your skills and appreciation for them.
Drawing inspiration from Jewish mystical text, classic Pali & Zen buddhist teachings and modern mindfulness research, we will predominantly turn to our own body, mind, heart and senses to establish our personal embodied spiritual sovereignty.
The practices will all be of no physical impact and strain, and can be done seated, standing or laying down. No prior meditation experience is necessary and the content and practice will be adjusted to fit all levels experiences present.
