Almost ninety children and grandchildren of Holocaust survivors from sixteen countries on six continents explore faith, identity and legacy in the aftermath of the Holocaust in this impressive new tribute. On Yom Hashoah, the official Day of Remembrance of the Holocaust, editor Menachem Z. Rosensaft and a panel of contributors, including New York Times reporter Joseph Berger, senior editor of Tablet Magazine Stephanie Butnick, Amichai Lau-Lavie, spiritual leader of Lab/Shul, David Miliband, former Foreign Secretary of the UK, and senior fellow at New York University, Thane Rosenbaum, will discuss how memories of the past affect their lives.
