When the Healer Need Healing
 annual conference on visiting the sick will take place on Sunday, November 9, 2014 at 9:30 am – 3:00 pm. It will be a full day conference with inspirational keynotes, skill building workshops and exciting plenary presentations that will offer insight and practical skills. 


Rabbi Simkha Y. Weintraub, LCSW – Rabbinic Director of JBFCS’ New York Jewish Healing Center and National Center for Jewish Healing. Rabbi Weintraub is also an educator, author and specialist in trauma and loss.
Rabbi Alfredo Borodowski, LCSW – Rabbi of Sulam Yaakov, Larchmont, NY, received his law degree at the University of Buenos Aires Law School and is a graduate of the Kellogg School of Management for Jewish Leaders, served as Executive Director of the Shalom Hartman Institute for North America. 
Rabbi Simcha Lefkowitz – Chief Rabbi at Congregation Anshei Chessed, Hewlett, NY, Departmental Chaplain for the Nassau County Police Department, Co-founder and Executive Director of Labor & Industry For Education, Inc. (LIFE) a not-for-profit social services agency.
