Jew Too? Not Your Bubbe’s Seder

Join Rabbi Emily Cohen, Rabbi Tarlan Rabizadey and Rabbi Mira Rivera for a live Zoom episode of “Jew Too?”
Pop culture might tell you that every seder comes with brisket, yiddishisms, and Jews of Eastern European heritage, but not all Jews are Ashkenazi, and seders are as diverse as our people. We’ll learn from Rabbi Tarlan Rabizadeh– the first Persian female rabbi – and Rabbi Mira Rivera – co-founder of “Harlem Hevruta:” a brave space for Jews of Color – about their stories of this sacred season.

During this time of physical distance, “Jew Too?” is offering Zoom episodes produced beyond the year’s partnership with B’nai Jeshurun to respond to this unprecedented moment. This is the first such episode. “Jew Too” is excited to continue to collaborate with B’nai Jeshurun to bring you monthly produced episodes. You can find the full series of this season’s episodes on SoundCloud and we hope you’ll listen and share!
