Tribeca (full address sent to RSVP’s the day before)

Join Amichai and the Lab/Shul Community for a special evening marking the 9/11 memorial by honoring the memory of our loved ones and all victims of terror and war.
On a stunning roof overlooking the Freedom Tower and World Trade Center Memorial we will eat together, share stories, explore a lesser known liturgy of loss and remembrance, and rise together to recite Kaddish just before the new year.
Please bring a light vegetarian nosh or beverage.

Kaddish Club is not just for active mourners: We invite you to join Lab/Shul’s  monthly circle of  conversation, contemplation and the recitation of the mourners’ prayer.

Led by Amichai Lau-Lavie, this circle invites all who are currently within the a year of mourning; those observing a death date of a loved one during this month; and all who stand in solidarity and sympathy with friends, family, community.

We’ll be meeting in private homes, exploring poetry and prose, tools and traditions, addressing the meaning of mourning and the paths to personal healing and community building. The event is free.
Please email [email protected] if you are interested in hosting.

Address will be sent to those who RSVP.
