Join Lab/Shul and Temple of the Stranger for a profound experience of grieving in community as we observe the holiest day of mourning on the Jewish calendar, Tisha Ba’av. Using sacred texts and the power of our voices we’ll explore the rituals of the mikonenet, the ancient female grief workers of the Jewish tradition. Led by Rabbi Amichai Lau-Lavie, Rav Jericho Vincent, and Spiritual Leader Shira Kline, featuring special guest Reverend Derrick McQueen.

People of all identities are welcome. No prior Jewish knowledge required. Donation based tickets available at the link for those in financial need.
