What To Do:

RSVP! And please bring a baked good or brunch-y offering to share with the community. Coffee and l’chaim are on us.

LIGHT BULBS! We’re partnering with Met Council to light up the homes of Jewish seniors. Please bring a donation of 60W Equivalent (energy efficient and individually packaged, if possible) light bulbs!.

Met Council’s Project Metropair provides free handyman services for low income seniors, working to eliminate safety hazards in order to help seniors age in place. Project Metropair staff helps with installing grab bars, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, door and window locks and screens, railings, electrical outlets, and more, allowing frail older adults to live safely and independently in their own homes. For more information about this service for you or someone you know, please click here. If you would like to volunteer or get involved, please e-mail [email protected]
