Songs for the Soul: A Soulful Post-Election Prophetic Pray-In for the NYC Multifaith Community

  • 03:00 PM
  • (3-4pm) Washington Square Park & (2pm & 4pm) Judson Memorial Church

On Wednesday, November 9th, people of faith, movement leaders, and allies in NYC are coming together for a Soulful Post-Election Prophetic Pray-In in Washington Square Park from 3-4pm. We’ll sing together, dance together, and invite those in the Square to join us in a moment of prophetic respite and healing following an election season where hate took center stage.

Following the Pray-In, you are invited to the Meeting Hall at Judson Memorial Church (one block away) from 4-6pm. We’ll continue to sing, build relationships, pray and process together, and prepare ourselves for the organizing and change-making road ahead. Light refreshments will be provided.

This event is co-sponsored by (in formation): Auburn Seminary, Lab/Shul, Judson Memorial Church, Middle Collegiate Church, and Central Synagogue
