The Slow Down
June 12, 2020 @ 8:30 pm - 10:30 pm EDT
| Free – $10The Slow Down
A late-night lab for spiritual healing, meditation, sacred arts, experimental ritual, yoga, and an intimate concert with a mystery guest musician.
Inspired by ancient Jewish mystical traditions and modern tools for mindfulness, The Slow Down is an invitation to shake off the workweek and float into the weekend. We’re transforming our computer screens into portals to new dimensions. Come dive in. All are welcome (18+).
This month we’ll be focusing especially on how to rest from and replenish for the important work of fighting for racial justice. Let’s show up for ourselves so we can continue showing up for others. #ResistBurnout
