Dear Lab/Shul,
Welcome, once again, to Lab/Shul’s High Holy Days of Awe. We are busy preparing our full calendar of programming based on our theme: “L’negdi Tamid: Face to Face, Forever/Now”, which is a necessary call for deep connection, especially as these days and months of heartache and despair continue.
In the meantime, we are ready to share our AWEsome kids programming for your family this High Holy Days season. Inspired by this year’s theme, Lab/Jr. artfully enters into the New Jew Year exploring three relational words in these Days of Awe…
Tefilah: Me to Me
Teshuvah: Me to You
Tzedakah: Me to We
Lab/Jr. is experiential children’s programming at its very best! We are so proud to work with a carefully curated team of brilliant multi-media artist educators. Please scroll down or visit our site to learn more about them.
Mornings will begin with an in-person, warm-hearted and musical family-friendly ritual.
Then, three in-person laboratories of creative adventure and meaning-making await:
-
- PlayLab (entering Preschool through 2nd grade) Jump along, sing along, and art along in our stupendous PlayLab. Want to bring your infant or toddler? No problem! Children 0-4 are welcome to explore PlayLab with an accompanying adult.
- KidLab (entering 3rd through 5th grades) invites our older elementary age children into a playful, multi-sensory, and creative celebration.
- TweenLab (entering 6th grade through B Mitzvah year) is designed for inquiry and creativity. TweenLab will visit the main sanctuary to join Storahtelling: Torah Ritual Theater
