Dear Lab/Shul,

This year, in a rare coincidence, both Yom Kippur and the Muslim holy day of Ashura fall on the same day: September 30th. Lab/Shul is proud to be gathering twice these High Holy Days to mark this sacred convergence with powerful messages of unity – totally free and everybody-friendly.

Check out all our free public programs this season: High Holy Day Schedule.

(Pro tip: You definitely won’t want to miss Can We Talk? on Yom Kippur Eve – an honest conversation about emotional intelligence at a time of increasing divides, featuring Esther PerelGillian LaubKerrie Thompson Mohr, and Gabriel Kahane, moderated by Rabbi Amichai and presented by Lab/Shul and Reboot.)

From ritual to rally, from broad community to intimate conversations, I hope you can help us grow Lab/Shul’s ever-expanding circles – calling out, and calling in.

– Rabbi Kerry
