Hey Lab/Shul,

4 important things for tomorrow…and the days after:

1. Know Thy Ballot Issues!
Sue Ellen Dodell, former General Counsel for New York City Campaign Finance Board and Lab/Shul Justice Team co-creator, created a simple, informative, non-partisan breakdown of the three ballot proposals up for a vote – please read and share!

2. Flip It & Rip It!
Tuesday’s NYC ballot is so long that candidates are on the front and ballot proposals are on the back. After you choose the candidates on the front, remember to flip your ballot over and vote on the issues on the back. Once you’re done voting, you will need to rip the two pages apart in order to put them in the ballot scanner. Poll workers are not supposed to help you separate the pages.

3. Come What May, We’ll Circle Together
We’re hosting a public multifaith ritual circle to release and rise the day after the election with Judson Memorial Church, Muslim Community Network, and Middle Collegiate Church. All are welcome.

Wednesday, Nov. 7
Washington Square Park
12:00-12:45pm

4. We Voted…Now What?
+ Refugee Task Force – Nov. 7 Phone Call with ISOP and Nov. 18 Pot Luck Dinner
+ Nov. 14 Justice Team + Trans & GNC* MeetUp
+ Nov. 16 Sabbath Queen

And remember…don’t forget to vote! Voting is cool! Isn’t voting the best? We reeeeeally love voters. Have a question? Please don’t be afraid to ask – we’re here to help.
